Mission Statement

MSS is a European-based Managed Security Service Provider with additional offices in the US and Asia managing Internet security solutions for our clients on every continent except Antarctica. We act as a ‘Back-End’ Service Provider for Telecommunication companies, Internet Service Providers, Distributors, System Houses and Value Added Resellers. We provide security services to their end customers, which come from all industries, including the public sector, financial services, health care and manufacturing, and which range in size from the largest enterprise with over 100,000 employees to small remote offices of 10 people.

Internet security as a business offers new challenges for us every day. Security holes that were unknown the day before now expose our clients to new security risks. Thanks our extensive security knowledge and vast experience we can quickly react to such discoveries and protect our customers from new security threats.

In addition to monitoring the availability of the Internet security appliances for our customers around the clock and alerting them if an appliances goes offline, we offer additional service levels that include monitoring certain appliances for suspicious activity that may point to an ongoing attack. This additional manual analysis guarantees the highest degree of security possible, as only this way we can react in a timely manner to suspicious activities that are not caught by automatic scanning. To do this we have certified technicians working in our Security Operations Centre (SOC) around the clock. These technicians attend Internet security trainings and are required to update their certifications on a regular basis to keep ahead in an ever-changing IT Security environment.
